Core Module

The core K:spir module significantly reduces the widely recognised wasted costs and recurring issues in the traditional SPIR process highlighted in lessons learned exercises from multiple capital projects.

With K:spir all the project SPIR data is entered into a single SQL database enabling a single view of the completion percentage, the data quality, and the status of each SPIR in the project from the moment that the SPIR is issued, allowing reviews to start earlier and smoothing the project resource requirement.

Material Master Module

The Material Master module allows you to preload your existing Material Master specifications into the system which moves the creation phase of the project forward (shifted left) smoothing the project resource workload.

O/O Materials Management teams preload their materials specifications for the OEMs to complete ensuring complete and consistent characteristic data is captured for each spare part.

Maintenance BoM Module

The Maintenance Bill of Materials module dramatically reduces the cash spent on spare parts, moving from the “just-in-case” spares review to a review that squarely aligns the purchase of spare parts to the capability and logistics of the site. These savings are only visible on the O/O dashboard, and show the cost of the recommended spares against the cost of the selected spares. These savings will be multiple times the cost of the K:spir software.

Data Governance Module

The Data Governance module enables the SPIR lines to be linked directly with your global material masters. The benefit of having all the SPIR records in a single database for review is seen immediately in this part of the process, where both equipment and spares records can be verified and linked so that identical spares can be identified, and duplication of new records avoided.
